Create the local cluster and install platform addons

shoulders up [flags]

Options​

      --bundle string   Install from a self-contained airgap bundle file (see 'shoulders vendor') instead of the internet
  -h, --help            help for up
      --local           Snapshot the local working tree (including uncommitted changes) into an OCI artifact and install Flux from it instead of git
      --name string     Name of the cluster to create when provider=vind (default "shoulders")
  -v, --verbose         Show detailed progress information for each phase

Options inherited from parent commands​

      --config string       Path to config file (default "/home/runner/.shoulders/config.yaml")
      --kubeconfig string   Path to kubeconfig file
  -o, --output string       Output format: table|json|yaml (default "table")
      --set stringArray     Set a config value override (key=value), repeatable
